About Me

Hi! My name is Olivia Chambers, and I’m the owner and founder of Olive & Co. Patisserie.

My love for food began early—back in 2007, when a little six years old me watched Ratatouille for the first time. I was captivated by how the chef’s food brought people together and sparked joy, and I knew right then that I wanted to be a part of that world. From that moment on, I was in the kitchen every chance I got—wearing my little apron and chef hat, dragging a chair over to the counter to help my mom cook dinner or bake cookies, brownies, cakes, and quick breads like banana and zucchini.

My mom was always my biggest supporter, always encouraging me to never give up and to always follow my passion, no matter what obstacle got in my way . After high school, I attended The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, where I earned my Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts. I began my career as a line cook, where I solidified my love for working in the kitchen.

During the off-season, I started experimenting with pastry—just for fun. To my surprise, I discovered a real talent for it. I began creating dessert specials for the menu while still working the line, and after about a year, I was offered the role of pastry chef for the entire company. That opportunity is what truly ignited my passion for baking—and it's where I still work today.

Olive & Co. Patisserie is the next chapter of that journey: a way to share my love of homemade baked goods with the community.

Our Company

Olive & Co. Patisserie is a small-batch pastry company bringing fresh, artisan baked goods straight to the heart of Chester County. Without a brick-and-mortar storefront, we focus on staying mobile and connected—selling our sourdough breads, hand-rolled bagels, flaky croissants, cookies, brownies, and more at local produce stands, farmers markets, and through our online shop.

Every item is baked with care using high-quality ingredients and traditional methods, offering that just-out-of-the-oven taste wherever you may find us. Whether you're picking up a loaf at the weekend market or ordering your favorite treats online, Olive & Co. delivers homemade warmth with every bite—no storefront required.
